Cattle Care
Under the direction of a consulting veterinarian, our animal health crew rides all pens daily while new arrivals and high risk pens are ridden twice daily. All hospital records are fully computerized and available chute side as individual animals are treated. Each chute is equipped with load cells and electronic identification scanners, which proves to be beneficial in a variety of retained ownership programs. This technology is also utilized to assist in the identification of individuals for a variety of marketing forums. The entire staff adheres to a strict Beef Quality Assurance program each time an animal is handled.
